How to make it

  1. Print on cardstock.
  2. Color the stripes, the zigzag and the star.
  3. Cut around the outside, including the cap.
  4. Punch the hole in the cap and tie a loop of string or ribbon.

Kids can color, fold and glue. Leave sharp scissors to grown-ups.
